Rules

• Entry of additional guests into the villa without prior information to the authority will be fined ₹2000/ person or Villa will have to be vacated
• Any additional personnel like cooks /DJ /musicians /event personnel/ caterers etc. if accompanying the guest will have to be informed about at the time of booking
• Advance amount to be paid for the confirmation of booking. Balance payment to be made a day before check-in
• No decoration to be stuck on the walls of the rooms. Poolside area can be decorated
• Every guest must carry a Govt approved photo ID
• Pet entry chargable - to be informed while booking
• Carry your own speakers, towels, swimwear and toiletries
• CCTV cameras are present in the exterior areas of the property for your safety
• No refund/ no partial refund for cancellation/ postponement once the booking is done
• Rates may differ on public holidays/ special occasions
